Mariona and Pere will welcome you into their home like one of their own, a beautiful and traditional Catalan farmhouse in the Empordà region. You will go together to shop at the local market, learn to select the best ingredients to prepare traditional dishes such as "pa amb tomàquet" and paella, among others, which you will then cook at home.

Why do we know this is an authentic slow experience?

Because we have lived it and because we are Catalan. And yes, this is a typical plan that we do on weekends with friends and family.

* Trip to Palafrugell market

* Selection and purchase of all ingredients to be cooked

* Dishes: Traditional appetizer, "pa amb tomàquet", salad, paella, and various starters. Drinks and soft drinks included.
